We have not posted a weekly serenity in two weeks essentially because of the picture attached. A beautiful home with a fantastic client HOWEVER after a quick turn-around estate sale we only had three days to finish clearing out a 9000 square feet home.
When you get to a point of not wanting something anymore or not liking something anymore or not using something anymore...please let it go! Whether it be to the curb or a donation facility or orchestrating your own garage sale, make sure you can stay tranquil so when you close on your home you have no reason to panic.
